Day of Prayer for Peace – Madron Church

The Archbishops of Canterbury and York have asked that we hold a ‘Day of Prayer for Peace’ at this difficult time following the invasion of Ukraine by Russia. They say, ‘We pray for those in Ukraine who suffer grievously, for all who take decisions around the world, and for the people and leaders of Russia too.’

Join this national day of prayer by coming into church at any time for quiet prayer. Prior to this, the morning service will begin at 11am, and afterwards, Evensong will begin at 6pm.
