Donations to organ restoration fund. \n10.30am Kevin Lane : a local organist who has taught music in schools for many years and now directs numerous local choirs. \n11am Paul Martin : visiting from Bere Regis\, Dorset\, Paul is an experienced organist and also a Music therapy teacher. \n11.30am Mike Scoble : a local organist of many years experience \n12.00pm Mary King : a local organist\, playing regularly at churches including St Buryan. \n12.30pm John Philpotts : a local organist with a wealth of experience\, having played the organ from a young age. \nWe are very grateful to all of these wonderful musicians for giving us their time and talent. \nSome work was needed to be done on the organ last year and this is the first opportunity we’ve had to have a music day since then. More restoration is needed in the near future.

DESCRIPTION:A bible journey for all folk from Madron\, Heamoor and Gulval. Five Wednesdays at 2pm for an hour at St Thomas’ Church\, Heamoor\, Starting 9th March 2022. \nLuke is our special gospel for this year. He wrote more of the New Testament than anyone else and is a very important witness to Jesus Christ. Please bring your bible\, pen/pencil and a notepad. The church will be heated and the tables and chairs are ready!  We will start with an overview of Luke and then at Chapter 5. Luke did his research carefully and his writings are full of joy. The purpose\, as always\, is practical encouragement.
